Job Summary: The Senior UX Designer will be part of the Ecommerce UX Design Team, collaborating with product managers to enhance and launch new features for the Ecommerce platform, specifically in Checkout, Product Recommendations, and Registry experiences. This role requires strong visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on driving Ecommerce KPIs through impactful user experiences. The position is onsite in our San Francisco office, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Key Responsibilities: • Design and refine user experiences for Ecommerce features, including Checkout, Product Recommendations, and Registry. • Develop multiple design solutions rapidly for experiments in a lean/agile environment. • Apply a deep understanding of Ecommerce KPIs to influence design decisions. • Utilize Figma for visual and interaction design. • Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency and efficiency. • Present design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders. • Manage a fast-paced schedule while handling multiple project deliverables. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers. Required Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce UX design. • Strong visual and interaction design skills using Figma. • Proven track record of impactful feature UX design. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with design systems. • Understanding of lean/agile methodologies in UX design. Location: San Francisco, CA Education: Bachelors Degree
