Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will support and work alongside our Lead UX Designer across the full spectrum of the UX design process from discovery and research to concept development, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks spanning multiple platforms. In collaboration with business leaders, engineers, product managers, and other team members, you will pressure test ideas through tactical visual execution. To be successful you must be a critical, inventive thinker with clear design chops, an excitement for understanding and using data, and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively.

Key job responsibilities Create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies. Quickly iterative on user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual design specifications with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership. Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design. Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency. Provide feedback and contribute to a central design system. Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities. Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation. Qualifications

3+ years of real-world product design experience Passion about continuous learning, actively seeking insights from colleagues Clearly articulates design rationale, fostering stakeholder alignment and understanding Proven success contributing to impactful features that improve user satisfaction Awareness of design lifecycle, from discovery to development Creates compelling visual narratives to effectively communicate complex design concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration Strong strategic product mindset and understanding of design's role in achieving business goals A passionate, user-centric designer thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing challenges with adaptability, resourcefulness, and innovation Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems. Bonus Qualifications

Development of internal tools, enterprise software, analytical tools Experience knowledge of user-centered design principles, familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and accessibility features Prior UX design or research experience at a social network, product marketplace, or E-commerce . Additional Information

We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and participation in the company's equity program. The expected salary range for this position is

$80,000 to $100,000 . The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, and skillset
