Insight Global is hiring for UX Designer to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This role will sit 4 days a week onsite in Stamford, CT. This UX Designer will be joining the Digital Service & CX team comprised of approximately 5 individuals. This team is looking to expand as they are at the forefront of customer interaction, enrollment, and activation. This UX Designer will be responsible for attending the organizations meetings with cross-functional teams, working with cross functional teams to get in before the requirements and create journey maps for existing and future state customer experience, ensure all projects are documented and implemented as designed, and conduct cross-functional design workshops across the organization

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of UX Design experience Experience when it comes to design thinking, experience design, and storytelling Technical experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, LucidChart, Excel, Visio Experience utilizing data and UX research to influence consumer-focused design enhancements BS/BFA/MFA/MS in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Design Strategy, Behavioral Psychology, etc. Good personality & eagerness to progress in their career
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
A passion for innovation and designing for diverse user needs Experience in journey mapping and translating research into actionable initiatives/projects Project management experience
