We partner with one of the leading global sports brands to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver endtoend strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Reporting to the Production Director acting as an extension of internal resources you are expected to deliver highquality productions that fulfill the creative vision and optimize the creative opportunity.
This is a hybrid role based in our Portland office(s). The salary range for this position based on experience is $USD annually.
Responsibilities: Production Authority Understanding of production trends costs & wow A clear understanding of budget management and cost negotiations at various production levels of 1 million Euros per production. Bids estimates cost negotiations PO mgmt & tracking production costs Experience in business affairs: Legal clearances insurance and usage rights Ability to manage multiple production timelines & deliver on time in full Experience with international athletes celebrities fashion brands & management On set attendance 40% travel globally often last minute & for longer periods Uphold
enforce highquality standards for all deliverables In addition: production resource network music management postproduction Compliance & Governance of client wow & guidelines Manage sample ordering tracking and shipments to/from shoot location(s) Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docs Ensuring paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shoot Final reconciliations including archiving Understanding & compliance to policies
Qualifications : 6 years experience in crossmedia (print digital and TVC) commercial shoot production Bachelors Degree or equivalent level of education 1 day office attendance per week sitting in the Jellyfish Portland or client office (travel days count as attendance) Creative agency experience preferred Able & willing to travel regionally and internationally Fluent in English Solid understanding of marketing industries processes and communication channels
