What You'll Be Doing:

Support execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging paid and owned digital channels including, but not limited to website, marketing automation, paid search, paid advertising, and social media. Manage the marketing measurement strategy and reporting process leveraging channel and campaign metrics. Manage all aspects of Premier Research website properties including user experience, SEO strategy, messaging, design, and measurement, in collaboration with Marketing Leadership. Formalize and manage the MQL triage, tracking, and reporting process, in collaboration with Business Intelligence and channel owners. Support Marketing Leadership and channel owners on marketing and sales platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and other connected systems and applications) to ensure accurate data capture, analysis, and development of reports and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Utilize marketing analytics and knowledge of best practices to develop channel-specific content strategies. What We Are Searching For:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Management, Marketing) or equivalent experience. 8 - 12 years of direct related experience. At least 4 years of experience using CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo). Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal). Ability to work in fast-paced, high-performing environment managing multiple deliverables and frequent deadlines. Knowledge of project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet).

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $111,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
