ROLE SUMMARY:The Marketing Ops Manager works cross functionally across the organization to fulfill project deliverables within designated time frames. This role plays a critical part in coordinating all the marketing and product related moving pieces necessary for a product launch. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented team player with solid communication skills and problem-solving acumen.WHAT YOU'RE GOOD AT:You're passionate about optimizing processes and problem solving You enjoy collaborating with a variety of personalities to take a project from start to completionYou are focused on constant improvement to ensure efficiency and qualityYou can thrive and stay focused in an agile and ever-changing industryQUALIFICATIONS: College Degree (ideally in Marketing, Communications, or Business) or equivalent work experiencePrevious experience in or exposure to brand management/marketing3-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably at an agency or in-house marketing department with multiple brandsKnowledge and understanding of marketing for cannabis a plusExperience in CPG preferredSuperb attention to detail with minimal errorsOrganized with strong prioritization and strategic planning abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnologically savvy and adept at learning and leveraging new programs and/or applicationsExperience with project management software (Asana, Wrike) is a plusWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)Develop detailed project plans, timelines and deadlines and identify significant risks and/ or opportunities to improve workflowPlan, manage and execute projects from start to finish guaranteeing timely completion within scopeEnsure accurate execution of deliverables, task fulfillment and vision alignmentCollaborate cross functionally to assist and/or fulfill day-to-day marketing, product development and design initiativesProvide timely project status update and facilitate decision-making with key stakeholdersSynthesize and update stakeholder input in various documents, project plans and adjust timelinesIdentify project risks, bottlenecks, problems, etc. and propose solutions to move project forwardCoordinate with creative team to establish proper content alignment with the strategy, vision and requirements of the projectDevelop a strong understanding of the creative process and key stakeholders required to bring a creative idea/campaign to life.Structure and manage complex, rapidly moving project workstreams including website assets, email, social, print collateral, packaging, campaign assets and partnership initiatives in support of marketing campaignsContinuously improve efficiency with processes including, but not limited to, enhanced reporting to project templates, charts, data summaries, etc.Oversee external vendors and hold them accountable for agreed upon timelines, deliverables and budgetPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Able to lift, push, pull up to 10lbsAble to work on a computer for eight (8) hours dailyClear vision, speech and hearingClear verbal/written communication and presentation skillsWHO WE ARE:Mammoth Distribution has been working steadily for several years to help build the cannabis industry one relationship at a time.
