Opportunity to come work for a startup company aimed to create a digitally native sports and collegiate licensing and marketing platform that will become the dominant player globally!

As the Creative Officer, you will be the visionary force behind the creative strategy and design execution across our portfolio of owned retail brands, licensed merchandise partners, and celebrity talent relationships. Your role is pivotal in ensuring brand authenticity, consistency, and innovation throughout all creative touchpoints. From product inspiration to thematic design for brand applications and websites, you will set the creative standard that elevates our presence in the collegiate and sports apparel licensing ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of the overall creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.
  2. Lead the creative process from concept to execution across all platforms, including product design, packaging, digital experiences, and marketing materials.
  3. Establish and maintain brand guidelines for our corporate identity, as well as for individual brands within the portfolio.
  4. Oversee the design and creative direction of web properties, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience that reflects each brand's unique identity.
  5. Collaborate with product teams to provide creative direction on new product development and existing line enhancements, ensuring innovative yet commercial and marketable designs informed by consumer insights.
  6. Work closely with the marketing and engagement teams to develop compelling initiatives, campaigns and stories that effectively communicate brand messages and drive consumer interaction and relationships.
  7. Oversee the creative aspects of photoshoots, video productions, and other content creation initiatives.
  8. Manage creative budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
