Job Title: Senior & Mid-Level UI Developer (React/Redux)

Location: Charlotte, NC (2 Days Hybrid)

Type: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking two experienced UI Developers with expertise in React and Redux for a long-term contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in UI development, specifically in the context of investment banking applications. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence two days per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain user interfaces for investment banking applications using React and Redux.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and back-end developers.
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance across various platforms and devices.
5. Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues and perform code reviews.
6. Maintain and improve application performance and usability.
7. Participate in sprint planning and agile processes, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Senior-Level Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in UI development.
2. Extensive experience with React, Redux, and front-end technologies.
3. Strong background in investment banking or financial services applications.
4. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
5. Ability to lead and mentor mid-level developers while maintaining high-quality standards.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mid-Level Requirements:

1. Less than 10 years of experience in UI development.
2. Proficiency in React and Redux.
3. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
4. Familiarity with investment banking or financial services is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information:

1. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days on-site in Charlotte, NC.
2. Local candidates are preferred.
3. Long-term contract with the potential for extension.
