Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help us create and maximize the use of impactful, high-quality content across channels and audiences. The successful candidate is an exceptional writer and content strategist with a knack for breaking down complex topics into compelling, digestible narratives. Working closely with key partners across the organization, this individual will play a critical role in helping us drive brand awareness and preference, starting with creating and maintaining a library of critical content assets for the company.
This is a hybrid position, with the potential for up to 3 days per week in our Nashua, NH headquarters depending on location.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and development of high-quality content, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
Collaborate with product marketing, growth marketing, and creative to map and optimize content across the buyer journey.
Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
Stay updated with industry and content marketing trends and incorporate them into content strategies for us to explore and test
Partner with subject matter experts to develop original content in a variety of formats, from blog posts and articles to white papers, company presentations, and more
Maximize the value and reach of our content by turning high-performing assets into a library of derivative pieces for use in multiple channels
Build and execute content strategies that support and amplify our short- and long-term marketing initiatives and campaigns
Be a steward of best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style
Measure and report on content performance; optimize based on results
Help develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a cross-functional team
Partner closely with the department lead to identify content gaps serving both internal and external audiences.
Be excited about moving from one writing project to the next, across multiple formats, with several initiatives running in parallel.
Partner with research lead to turn findings into digestible short-form content that positions us as thought leaders by providing insights for the profession.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of editorial experience, ideally in the B2B tech/enterprise software or accounting space.
Proven experience as a content manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional writing skills and ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible content
A thinker and a doer mindset—excited about driving strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to write and edit content in a variety of formats
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment
Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully
Strong project management skills and attention to detail

This role is open to US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States. Rightworks LLC is unable to offer visa sponsorship.
