Responsibilities

Lead and execute a variety of product marketing functions to drive the growth and awareness of Windows Enterprise, Copilot in Windows and Windows Resiliency Initiative.

Focus on inbound marketing strategies to understand customer needs and market trends.

Partner closely with product management, engineering, business planning, and finance to shape product strategy and ensure a robust and committed product roadmap for Windows Enterprise.

Launch new products and initiatives, driving awareness, consideration, conversion, usage, and brand love, including the Windows Resiliency Initiative. Lead and shift industry narrative around Windows security and resiliency, Windows as the best platform for AI and the urgency to move to Windows 11 and adopt cloud-powered tools and features for greater productivity and security.

Develop new creative and data-driven assets that elevate how tech marketing leads to customer adoption and exceeding business outcomes.

Measure and analyze the impact of marketing activities, ensuring high standards that advance business goals, embrace new processes and best practices and create opportunities for greater efficiency and efficacy.

Create a team culture that respects individuals’ needs and opportunities, as well as group alignment and winning.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in product, integrated, or brand marketing.

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in product, integrated, or brand marketing.

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years direct people management experience or indirect people management experience (or virtual teams).

4+ years experience in end user computing, and/or Windows, and/or security for managed commercial customers.

4+ years experience in all elements of product marketing including inbound and outbound marketing, content creation, field enablement and solution plays, campaigns, and influencing product roadmap and strategy.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in product, integrated, or brand marketing.

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in product, integrated, or brand marketing.

OR equivalent experience.

6+ years people management experience.

Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
