WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem by creating and executing joint product and vertical solutions, partner plays, and a full GTM plan to take these to market. You will be responsible for owning the relationship with key marketing stakeholders in our partners, building high impact marketing initiatives, and enabling sales teams to drive revenue and adoption of ThoughtSpot solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO? Partner Marketing Strategy & GTM Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive global partner marketing strategy in alignment with ThoughtSpot's business goals and revenue targets Collaborate with product marketing, internal stakeholders and partners to define joint solutions, co-marketing plays, and GTM plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Build scalable frameworks to launch and market partner-led solutions across target regions and industries. Joint Solution Development

Collaborate with product, sales and partner teams to identify key opportunities for joint solutions with technology and channel partners Define clear use cases, value propositions, and messaging for joint solutions and integrate them into the broader partner GTM strategy Lead the creation of solution briefs, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials that support joint solutions. Campaign Development and Execution

Design and implement co-marketing campaigns, events and initiatives that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive adoption of ThoughtSpot solutions with partners. Work closely with partner organizations to create integrated campaigns. Manage budgets and ROI and ensure execution excellence for all campaigns and initiatives Sales Enablement and Alignment

Partner with sales teams to educate and enable them to sell joint solutions effectively. Create playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive insights to ensure seamless execution of partner plays in the field Provide ongoing feedback and guidance and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and partner teams. Analytics and Optimization

Track, measure, and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives Maintain a detailed view of partner driven pipeline and revenue contribution leveraging our ThoughtSpot platform. Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on the effectiveness of joint GTM efforts. WHAT YOU BRING? 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, product and solution marketing. Product marketing skills essential.
