*Description* Project Manager & Operations Lead - Lifecycle Marketing About the Role: This top tier company Marketing team is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for optimizing and executing marketing processes. This pivotal role will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts across Acquisition and Member Comms, while ensuring alignment with their brand values and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust experience in marketing operations and project management. Your Daily Impact: Project intake and management of workflows across Acquisition (LNC) and Retention (Member Comms & Engagement), as well as making operational and production contributions at both strategic and tactical levels. *Manage calendarization of comms across Acquisition and Member Comms teams - from inception of projects through to production of assets *Ensure all projects are scoped and defined clearly, with agreed upon timing and business requirements before working with stakeholder teams to bring to fruition *Manage Lifecycle team resourcing and forecast allocation; know what is coming down the pipeline and plan accordingly with creative and Marketing Tech teams *Establish action plans and timelines consistent with organizational goals and objectives, monitor and hold teams accountable to meet timelines, stay within budget and execute projects clearly *Consistent communication with all team members, from core team to stakeholders, management and beyond *Ability to push back, even on more members of the team, in order to stay on track *Work with creative, MarTech and marketing partners to plan 3, 6, 9 and 12 months out *Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordingly, and pivoting where necessary Typical Day in the Role: *Managing intake requests. Project managing from the inception of a campaign or an email test, working with marketing and creative stakeholders and the marketing tech team to move into production. *Living through mostly email marketing campaigns from the start to the end. Building timelines for the projects. *Contract is to cover Maternity Leave of the hiring manager, but if there is business justification and the candidate is needed for longer then there is potential to extend or possibly to convert. Not guaranteed however. *Manager has 8 or 9 projects that she is checking in on daily. Need someone comfortable jumping right in and making sure that all projects and teams are on track, and if not, assisting with meeting deadlines in a timely manner. *Not managing individuals, this is an individual contributor role. But there are 10 strategy managers across Acquisition and Member Comms that this person will help manage and oversee, so making sure that their teams have briefs on time, staying on track, and hitting deadlines. and making sure that their briefs are on time, they are staying on track and hitting deadlines accordingly. You Bring to Peloton: *2-4+ years of experience in project management & operations *Experience in Project Management systems (Asana, Monday, Smartsheets) *Strong understanding of email marketing and familiarity with email service platforms is a plus (Braze, Simon) is a plus *Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of MarTech platforms (Jira) *NYC based, hybrid model with Tue, Wed, Thur in Peloton HQ office *Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment *Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills *Forward-thinking, very organized, and has an obsession for detail and problem solving *Brings a strong passion for Peloton's brand and products, the fitness category, and consumer brands more broadly *No degree required *Skills* Project management, email marketing *Top Skills Details* Project management,email marketing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* n/a *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
