Brightli is seeking a Communications Business Partner to support the many internal and external efforts of the Marketing & Communications (Marcom) department and other system departments and service lines under the umbrella of Brightli, Adult & Child's parent company.

The Business Partner must be skilled and passionate about communicating with staff and community stakeholders. They will help execute system-wide initiatives that will further our strategic goals and brand priorities. In addition, the Business Partner will support other Adult & Child marketing and communications efforts, including internal communications, earned media, events, marketing opportunities, and reputation management, and provide value to the organization's overall growth strategy.

***Key responsibilities*** Work with Marketing & Communications colleagues to develop, support and execute department-level and system-wide internal communications and marketing projects including e-mail campaigns, owned and earned media, internal and external newsletters, employee engagement programs, virtual and in-person internal events and more. Serve as a key Communications liaison to multiple departments and service lines, leading in development, writing and editing of communications materials including e-mail campaigns, news releases and web copy, marketing materials, digital materials, owned and earned media and more. Develop and coordinate responses to Indiana media inquiries with direction from the Director, Public Relations and Communications Director. Work closely with the Communications Director to support all internal communications needs across platforms, including e-mail, company intranet (Spark Source), SnapComms, and others. Provide tactical and strategic communications support for system-wide initiatives. ** Required attributes and qualifications:**

Top of field verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both in person and on-camera, with demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into compelling communications. Experience with a variety of media, media platforms, social networks and more. Video production skills are a plus. Collaborative worker capable of promoting expertise with a variety of stakeholders through both interpersonal interactions and written communications. Capable of managing thoughtful follow-through on all potential opportunities and relationships. Approaches challenging circumstances and relationships with confidence and initiative. Excellent listener balanced with ability to challenge colleagues constructively and stimulate the thinking of others. A professional connector with a strong ability to foster workplace culture and communication who can quickly build rapport with executives and employees at all levels and in all regions of the company. Confident decision maker supported by disciplined, logical thinking, attention to detail and fact-based, documented conclusions and opinions. Strong healthcare and/or mental health acumen and sensitivity; thinks holistically, incorporates overall company objectives in developing strategy and decisions. Experience developing and executing multi-channel strategic communications plans. *Required education and experience*

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or related field. Required Experience:

2+ years in communications or public relations with relevant behavioral health and media background. Other healthcare background may be considered in lieu of behavioral health with other relevant experience.
