What Will You Do?

• Prepare and submit customs entry documents with accuracy
• Review and ensure compliance with tariff schedules and regulations
• Communicate with customers regarding CBP, OGA delivery, and shipment issues
• Track and manage shipments, working closely with freight forwarders, trucking companies, and carriers
• Verify arrival notices, process delivery orders, and confirm proof of deliveries (PODs)
• Handle invoicing and freight bill approvals
• Maintain relationships with key logistics partners to facilitate smooth operations

What Will You Need?

• At least 2 years of experience as an Entry Writer
• Previous experience in a customs brokerage house (CBH)
• Knowledge of various product categories, including hazardous materials, FDA-regulated goods, and live animals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with CargoWise or similar software
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred
