We are looking for an Audio/Visual Support Technician to work for one of the nations largest University systems at their HQ. In this role the candidate will provide support and expertise for the operation and maintenance ofAVsystems and services for conferencing, digital signage and workspace booking. They will be assisting u withAVissues as needed.Providing end-user training, instruction, and guidance onAVsystems and services. Assisting with complexAVevents and most sensitive clients. Performing assessment, maintenance, independent troubleshooting and repair ofAVtechnology devices and services. Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 3 years providingmaintenance toAVsystems and services for conferencing, digital signage and workspace booking- Experience with administrating and supporting Zoom- Past experience with providing white glove support to higher level clients- Prior experience providing end-user training, instruction, and guidance onAVsystems and services Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Ability to work independently without micromanagement- Prior knowledge of how to install and modify new or existing AV systems Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
