Job Summary

The UX Specialist is responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing digital products such as websites and applications to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.

This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with development teams to implement effective design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align design implementation with project goals.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Facilitate usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and iterate on design solutions.
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces and flows.
  • Optimize user interactions, including navigation, form design, button placement, and micro-interactions.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance to enable easy interaction for users with disabilities.
  • Develop sitemaps and information hierarchies for logical and intuitive navigation.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SAP Fiori User Experience (UX) design.
  • 3+ years of experience with Sales/Service Cloud in Salesforce.com UX.
  • 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for website development.
  • Proficiency in UX design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how software applications support them.
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant UX solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban.
  • Strong proficiency in estimation and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in Portuguese is considered an asset.
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and understanding of change management, particularly how system changes impact users.
