Job Description
Your Career
The Lead Product Marketing Manager for Unit 42 Incident Response will spearhead a dynamic marketing strategy for our expanding IR services. This role involves crafting compelling positioning and executing go-to-market (GTM) programs to enhance the adoption rate of Unit 42 IR services among our clients.
By collaborating closely with one of the leading incident response and threat research teams in the industry, you will help elevate our status as a top-tier cybersecurity services provider within one of the fastest-growing sectors at Palo Alto Networks.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with our IR team to deliver clear and impactful messaging that positions Unit 42 as the top IR services provider.
- Create engaging product marketing content, including blogs, reports, videos, and presentations centered on Incident Response.
- Analyze the IR market and competitive landscape in partnership with product, marketing, and sales leaders.
- Develop and launch marketing campaigns and programs, generating content for digital media, websites, and customer presentations.
- Lead analyst engagements and presentations to raise awareness and gather external insights.
- Equip sales teams with a deep understanding of the value proposition and differentiators; create and present at internal sales events highlighting Unit 42's unique offerings.
- Collaborate with other Unit 42 teams to contribute to annual research reports that drive thought leadership and discussions about the threat landscape.
- Champion service launches by planning and managing messaging, positioning, and collateral development for new releases.
Your Experience
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the cybersecurity field.
- Proven experience in crafting and leading innovative GTM programs to bolster customer adoption.
- Strong understanding of Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and threat detection; familiarity with enterprise security SOC roles is a plus.
- Skilled in creating and delivering presentations across various settings, from industry conferences to customer meetings.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration that drives sales, demand generation, and business success.
- Bachelor's degree required; a technical degree or equivalent experience is desirable.
- A drive for innovative solutions and successful market disruption initiatives.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation for this role will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. Candidates receiving an offer for this position can expect a starting base salary between $155,000 - $252,000 per year, along with possible restricted stock units and bonuses.
