As a Strategic Marketing Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving the adoption of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience working with HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. - Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and marketing needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing strategies and solutions that align with client objectives. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, identify areas for improvement, and address any concerns or questions. - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and deliver regular performance reports to clients. - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. - Conduct client onboarding and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in veterinary marketing to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. - Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage client relationships, track interactions, and streamline communication.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Strategic Marketing Advisor, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in working with HubSpot CRM is highly desirable. - Knowledge of veterinary industry and marketing trends is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
