A comprehensive package will be available for those not local to the area or seeking to relocate closer to the job site in Northern New Jersey for daily commuting. Compensation Details:

Total Package Includes Base Salary + Approx. 70% Yearly Bonus. Base Salary:

$145,000 - $170,000 (Final offer will be based on relevant experience, with highly qualified candidates considered for the upper end of the range). Bonuses:

Short-Term Incentive Plan for up to 40% of Base Salary along with a Long-Term Incentive Plan valued at $55,000 annually (Including RSUs). Total Compensation:

Up to $293,000 per year (Base Salary + Short Term Incentive + Long Term Incentive). (Please note, inquiries above the total stated compensation range including Base Salary and discretionary bonuses cannot be considered.) Benefits:

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Senior Director of Internal Communications will spearhead the development and implementation of strategic internal communication plans for corporate teams and a dispersed non-desk hourly workforce. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence communication strategies at the top levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic internal communications environment, collaborating closely with C-level executives to manage executive communication while ensuring effective outreach to frontline employees across various locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Communication Strategies:

Create and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies for a workforce of 20,000+ employees, including corporate executives and non-desk hourly personnel across multiple locations. Non-Digital Communications:

Develop and oversee non-digital communication methods such as in-person briefings, posters, printed newsletters, SMS, and PA systems to effectively reach employees without regular internet access. Executive Communications:

Act as the primary strategic communications advisor for senior leadership, creating clear, impactful messages for executive management. Multi-Site Workforce Engagement:

Implement customized communication strategies to actively engage hourly employees across more than 50 global locations, ensuring uniform messaging and high engagement levels. Change Management and Crisis Communications:

Direct communications during organizational changes, ensuring that messaging is timely and protects both employee and employer brands. Content Creation:

Generate written, digital, and video content that maintains consistent messaging for various employee groups. Employee Engagement:

Design and execute communication strategies that boost employee engagement and facilitate information flow across multi-site locations. Qualifications: 10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications with a focus on Internal Communications, including Executive Communications and Employee Engagement for multi-site non-desk hourly workforces. Proven background in industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or similar low-margin sectors with relevant workforce dynamics in an Internal Communications capacity. Expertise in Change Management, Crisis Management, and high-stakes messaging within Internal Communications. Exceptional writing and editing skills for Internal Communications, with the capability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead internal non-digital communication strategies across large, multi-site operations (50+ locations) with 10,000+ employees. Hands-on experience and strong business acumen in working directly with C-level executives, providing strategic Internal Communications counsel. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
