Creative Project Manager

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Duties: Oversee the planning and execution of events, including weekly reporting on progress, outcomes, and insights Manage asset ordering, tracking, and mobile asset scheduling to ensure timely availability and deployment for events and activations Manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse business units Prioritize projects effectively, track and communicate scope, and ensure resources are balanced to meet deadlines Communicate status updates and potential risks to high-level internal stakeholders Exhibit outstanding project management and communication skills to achieve the highest standards when leading projects across teams and groups Participate in creative development meetings to ensure final outputs align with project goals Provide thorough project management follow-through, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects Desired Skills/Experience: 3+ years relevant work experience Project management and operations experience Skilled at building reporting dashboards in Tableau and utilizing Smartsheets Independent worker and self-starter Effective team player with strong collaboration skills Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered
