We need a clever content producer who creates, executes, and refines brand content. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering content that matters-the kind that cuts through noise, aligns with LightEdison's brand, and supports our work in solar EPC, BESS, and CMEC services. That means crafting sharp, engaging social posts, writing and refining website content, designing effective sales materials, and capturing real, on-the-ground visuals that showcase what we do.
You don't have to be an expert in everything, but you must be adaptable, resourceful, and able to figure things out. You'll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our brand voice and visuals are consistent, strong, and effective.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
What You'll Do (Your Daily Work)
- Own and execute content creation across multiple formats-writing, graphics, photo, and video.
- Manage and execute social media content (mainly LinkedIn), ensuring we stand out with bold, no-BS messaging.
- Write, refine, and maintain website content to keep it sharp, accurate, and compelling.
- Develop and refine sales materials-one-pagers, decks, and proposals that actually help us win work.
- Capture and edit photo and video content from project sites, team events, and community efforts.
- Design marketing assets in a way that feels real, not overproduced-Canva and Adobe Suite preferred.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, aligning with LightEdison's voice and visuals.
- Grow our audience by creating content that engages the right people and builds brand awareness.
- Work fast, adapt, and execute-own your tasks and push projects forward without micromanagement.
What You Bring (Your Skills & Experience)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
- A portfolio that proves you can write, design, and produce visual content.
- Strong writing skills-you know how to make a point clearly and effectively.
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop preferred).
- Photo and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar a plus-but scrappy and effective is what matters).
- Ability to shoot and edit photo and video content-doesn't have to be Hollywood, but it has to be solid.
- A get-it-done mindset-you see what needs to be done, and you make it happen.
- No fluff, no ego, just great work.
