Mission: 

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling, on-brand designs that support marketing initiatives, elevate the JobNimbus brand, and drive engagement across all customer touchpoints. This role is pivotal in developing campaign assets, maintaining consistent brand standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life. Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal (BHAG): To consistently deliver world-class, innovative designs that resonate with our audience, strengthen the JobNimbus brand, and fuel growth across all marketing channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Deliver high-quality graphic designs for major marketing campaigns within established deadlines
  2. Build a Comprehensive Design System
  3. Develop a library of reusable design templates and assets for consistent branding.
  4. Improve Cross-Functional Collaboration
  5. Establish workflows with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to align designs with objectives.
  6. Create visually appealing designs for digital and print campaigns, including ads, social media graphics, landing pages, and email assets.
  7. Maintain and expand the JobNimbus brand guidelines to ensure all creative outputs are cohesive and consistent.
  8. Partner with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to align design work with marketing goals and creative direction.
  9. Stay informed about design trends and propose innovative ideas to keep JobNimbus visuals fresh, engaging, and competitive.

  • You innovate and champion design best practices, contributing to the evolution of the JobNimbus aesthetic.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
    • Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
    • Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Receptive to feedback with a willingness to learn and adapt.
