Position Overview:
SeaBear Smokehouse is seeking a dynamic and organized Brand Coordinator to join our team. This hourly position will play a critical role in supporting our ambassador program, managing our social media channels, and ensuring our brand voice resonates with our community. Key Responsibilities:
Ambassador Program Development
• Assist with the management of SeaBear Smokehouse’s ambassador program, including identifying potential ambassadors, maintaining communication with current partners, and ensuring deliverables are met (e.g., content creation and social media posts).
• Help onboard new ambassadors, providing guidelines and necessary materials to set them up for success.
• Research industry trends to improve the ambassador program and maintain competitiveness.
• Coordinate gifting and product seeding activities from our Anacortes office to ambassadors, partners, or other stakeholders.
Social Media Management
• Handle social media communications, including responding to messages, comments, and inquiries on Instagram and Facebook.
• Lead community management efforts to engage and grow our audience on Meta platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and provide feedback on opportunities to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
Reporting & Analytics
• Track performance metrics for social media channels (engagement, growth, reach, etc.) and provide regular reports to the Manager, Brand and Content.
• Identify trends or opportunities for content optimization based on analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and ambassador efforts with broader campaign goals.
• Partner with the customer service team to address inquiries or complaints that come through social channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external creators to ensure timely production of branded content.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in social media, marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and a passion for building online communities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media management tools and content organization is a plus.
