Position Summary: A day in the life of a Senior Designer, Collaborations & SMUs at Dickies looks a little like this. The Senior Designer of Global Collaborations & SMUs will work within the Global Product Design Team, covering all regions. This role collaborates closely with design, legal, marketing, global and regional merchandising teams. The primary responsibility is to act as a central hub to manage the design execution of collaborations and special product requests (SMUs) from the regions. This position reports to the VP of Global Product Design. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy for global collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and business objectives. Act as the central hub for design of global collaborations, providing visibility to brand collaborations worldwide and ensuring consistency and alignment across regions. Serve as the primary liaison for the global team, managing special product requests (SMUs) for the regions, supporting localization efforts by ensuring SMUs align with global design strategies and meet regional market needs. Lead collaboration design execution including alignment to innovation, concept design, and category design strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and collaborators. Present collaboration and SMU designs and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive innovation in collaborations and SMUs. What do you need to succeed? For this role, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with 7+ years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are: Proven track record of managing successful global collaborations and SMU initiatives. Strong sense of style and design, with the ability to curate and create visually appealing products. Keen awareness of current and emerging fashion trends, with the ability to translate these into commercially viable products. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in design software. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation in product offerings. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Educational/Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in design, product management, or a related field, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry. Hiring Range: $109,728.00 USD - $137,160.00 USD annually Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
