We are seeking an experienced and innovative North American Human Capital Marketing Leader to join our team and drive the marketing strategy for our Human Capital solutions. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with proven expertise in B2B strategies, a growth-oriented mindset, and a passion for collaborating across solutions lines to deliver impactful results.

You will partner with business and solution line leadership to build and execute regional and local marketing strategies. You'll also collaborate closely with the Head of Global Marketing, the Human Capital Marketing Strategy Leader, market specialists, and peers in other regions. This role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and establishing thought leadership positioning. You'll interact with executives, product teams, sales, and account leaders while working with internal marketing teams and business line leaders to advance the company’s goals. What the day will look like Market Strategy and Planning - Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to business goals, leveraging input from stakeholders and market insights. Campaign and Program Execution - Design and implement demand-generation campaigns with an emphasis on segmentation and lead generation. Branding, Messaging, and Positioning - Define and refine the brand’s voice while maintaining alignment with corporate identity. Thought Leadership Content Development - Create original, impactful content that highlights our expertise and value in human capital solutions in collaboration with Solution line thought leaders and subject matter experts. Collaboration with Communications Team - Partner with internal communications to drive strategies for external and internal brand alignment. Additional Responsibilities Provide marketing vision and strategy to set priorities and create a strategic impact. Drive lead generation and customer acquisition by implementing multichannel marketing programs. Evaluate and measure marketing initiatives to ensure ROI and track performance metrics using CRM, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with business objectives. Maintain strong market awareness to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Skills and experience that will lead to success 10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in: Market strategy and segmentation Campaign execution and lead management Branding and positioning Thought leadership and content development Proven experience in driving customer acquisition and achieving measurable marketing results. Background in managing complex marketing programs and campaigns. Familiarity with CRM platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and attribution models for tracking outcomes. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data-driven decision-making. Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and coach high-performing teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with C-suite-level presentation expertise. Solid project management capabilities to prioritize competing demands effectively. Clear commitment to brand identity and creative design principles. Education A degree in Marketing or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
