As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will be in the driver seat for creating impactful GTM plans, compelling messaging strategies, and engaging product content that differentiates us from the competition. You’ll partner with peers across a global marketing org. to ensure integrated GTM plans are executed at a high level. Put your leadership experience to the test as you lead a team to success. You’ll work cross-functionally with product developers, product managers, and sales teams to ensure the best possible product marketing execution from concept through launch to EOL. Your creativity and organizational skills will be in full-swing as you drive development of product content and use scalable tools to distribute and syndicate that content globally. As a marketing veteran, you will be able to flex your experience across multiple marketing disciplines in this multi-faceted role. Responsibilities
Develop annual product marketing plans with quarterly updates for new and existing products. Communicate approved plans to functional teams ensuring alignment and high-impact execution. Partner with stakeholders to identify annual product priority designations. Manage team of FTEs, contractors and agencies to ensure optimized copy and product content is produced on time and within budget. Own translation and localization of product copy and content. Partner with regional teams to scale assets globally. Own visual asset creation such as product photography, lifestyle imagery, video content, and more in partnership with creative teams. Serve as a product expert on the marketing team and utilize consumer insights and sales data to represent the voice of the consumer. Provide strategic feedback derived from data and learnings to help guide impactful marketing activations. Develop consumer facing product names, feature copy, and value prop messaging. Help guide marketing teams through collaboration to ensure marketing activities align to overall product marketing plans. Partner with regional Marketing teams and Product Managers to coordinate global GTM execution. Own Product Marketing budget and respective vendor relationships. Ensure budgets are managed efficiently. Leverage content syndication platforms such as Salsify to ensure best product representation across retail channels. Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Channel Marketing teams to strategize and execute product promotions. Qualifications
BA degree required; marketing emphasis is a plus. 8-11+ years marketing experience. Minimum of 5 years Product Marketing experience. Experience managing a team of direct reports. Experience working in video game and/or consumer electronics industries required. Familiarity with Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo brands are a significant plus. Familiarity with PC and Mobile gaming is a plus. Expert understanding of product content creation and best practices. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong multi-tasking skills combined with a “get it done” attitude. Strong ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders. Solid understanding of how to manage marketing budgets and spend. Display excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in MS Office suite. Strong presentation skills with exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint is required. Analytical, with an understanding of how to use data to drive product performance. Travel less than 25% - some international travel may be required.
