We are currently seeking a visionary Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing strategies and operations across both B2B and B2C sectors. This pivotal role will be instrumental in elevating our brand from a U.S.-centric entity to a globally recognized industry leader in immigration services. Key Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at achieving 100% year-over-year growth across diverse channels. Drive product marketing and positioning across various segments and international markets. Create and execute innovative B2C marketing strategies, encompassing organic, paid, social, community engagement, and in-person initiatives to foster word-of-mouth referrals. Lead demand generation and sales enablement efforts to attract new B2B customers effectively. Cultivate and mentor a high-performance marketing team, ensuring optimal team structure and talent acquisition. Utilize data analytics to assess trends, customer behaviors, and market insights, optimizing marketing campaigns accordingly. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience. Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing platforms to enhance visibility and impact. Required Skills

Proven expertise in both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Strong background in demand generation, partnerships, sales enablement, and community-building. Experience in launching and scaling products across multiple international markets. Proficiency in analyzing market insights and customer behaviors for informed decision-making. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies is highly desirable. Qualifications

10+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record in leadership roles. Successful experience in driving revenue growth from $20 million to $100 million. Proven ability to launch products effectively in diverse markets. Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
