As a Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales team for two departments, our Garden Services Account Managers and the Design/Build sales team. You will manage a small book of landscape installations, and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and results. Provide professional development for the sales team Set and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for the team Generate reports to track sales and goals Evaluate sales practices and processes to ensure desired impact Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and clients Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, managers, team members, vendors, and subcontractors Achieve sales targets as required by the annual budget Assist Garden Service Account Managers in enhancing the client experience and identifying service improvement opportunities Sell work to meet department production capacity and company profit and sales volume goals Maintain continuing education in sales, horticulture, hardscape, and customer service Develop cost estimates, proposals, and contracts Create exceptional client experiences, resulting in strong referrals and positive feedback Ensure project completion aligns with the company's promises and standards Assist Production with change orders and clarifications Monitor project budgets to achieve profit goals Review and approve job invoices Review job cost reports to ensure accurate estimating Lead by example, adhering to company policies, procedures, and goals Develop and implement systems for improving client experience, productivity, and quality Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years working in sales 2+ years of management/supervisory experience Proficiency with technology such as Microsoft Office, email, CRM, operations software, and mobile apps Valid driver’s license Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong people skills, including listening, empathy, accountability, motivation, and communication Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor Compensation

$75,000 base salary + Commission
