Junior Graphic Designer Motion Experience Preferred

The Junior Graphic Designer will join the dynamic, multi-talented creative team within our fast-paced, award-winning agency. At Vault, our creative work includes digital, motion, and print deliverables across advertising, branding, web and publication design, as well as support for PR and strategic communications. The ideal candidate has motion experience, as well as a hunger to learn new skills.

This role is a critical one on the team. The candidate will work in an autonomous yet collaborative environment, managing their own deadlines while keeping colleagues informed of progress. They will seek and thoughtfully apply direction from account teams, fellow creatives and the creative leadership team.

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field
• 1-2 years of professional design experience
• A website portfolio of client or spec work demonstrating excellence in design and resume
• Professional level mastery of the English language

Our ideal candidate has:

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Teams
• Resourcefulness and chutzpah, a strong work ethic, as well as a desire to grow, learn and lead
• Boundless creativity, strong problem-solving skills and excellent judgement
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
