The Role: Junior Media Buyer (Meta Platforms)
About the Position:
BPM is on the hunt for a dynamic Junior Media Buyer to join our team and spearhead paid media campaigns on Meta platforms. If you have a passion for digital advertising and a knack for leveraging Facebook and Instagram to drive results, this role is for you. While experience with Google Ads is beneficial, our primary focus is on Meta expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients and help elevate their digital presence through strategic social advertising. You’ll be supported by a talented team, so while you don’t need to know everything, you should excel in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns specifically on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with various strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and Meta platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to align paid social efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and optimization efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of media buying experience in Meta
- Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms.
- Familiarity with additional platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
- Attention to detail and a passion for staying informed about the latest trends and technologies in social advertising.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Time Commitment:
- This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week.
- Flexibility to create your own schedule, with the expectation of being available for at least four appointments per day during US Central Standard Time.
- Be available for communication via email and internal tools Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
