As a member of the Design Ops team, you’ll wear multiple hats and craft people-centered processes that enable the design team at the world’s largest company to run more smoothly. We are looking for a resourceful self-starter with experience in design –
and ideally design systems - to join our award-winning team at the forefront of retail. If you’re a strong systems thinker and excited about the possibility of having a direct impact on the day-to-day work of designers across our entire portfolio, you could be a
great fit for the Sr. Design Program Manager - Design Systems role.
You’ll report into the Head of Design Operations and work closely with the Design Director on our Design System team as well as partners across design, research, product and engineering.

responsible for

Working with designers and design leaders across the entire Design organization to manage, track and prioritize new component requests
Managing backlogs and tracking active work across initiatives
Creating playbooks and documenting best practices
Managing ongoing communication of updates to Design System androllout ofnew components
Onboarding new team members and supporting the creation of training for designers
Representingdesign in quarterly planning sessionswith Product, Eng and TPMs
Working with design leadershipand cross-functional stakeholderstotriage issues, resolve dependencies andplan upcoming work

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
