As an Itinerary Designer you will curate personal oneofakind itineraries for all guests traveling to Wildflower Farms through various communication channels: phone email and text communication. Youll create bespoke experiences for each guest traveling to Wildflower Farms by working closely with our preferred vendors experiences spa and culinary teams to create a memorable journey for all guests. The Itinerary Designer provides exceptional service to all guests communicating with them in accordance with Auberge Resorts and Wildflower Farms standards.

Additionally you will answer all telephone inquiries professionally direct calls appropriately and will be knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Within the Auberge family our people always find new ways to look after the business their guests and their teammates. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are: Execute excellent email departmental and preshift communications Coordinate guest experiences dining and spa with appropriate departments and book accordingly with appropriate system to create the guests itinerary

Book experiences for both guests and vendors on and offsite

Assist with guest emails phone calls and inquiries pertaining to upcoming guest stays

Efficiently process all guest requests and inquires

Collaborate with the Reservations team about lastminute bookings stay inclusions and other pertinent information

Stay current with property knowledge

Work together with the Guest Services Team to ensure a smooth and seamless operation

Engage guests in a gracious and professional manner via phone & email communication

Be knowledgeable about all guests and groups arriving at Wildflower Farms

Maintain the confidentiality of guest information and designated hotel data

Rate: $21/hr

Qualifications : 1 years of experience as a hotel or resort concierge in a hospitality setting

Excellent phone etiquette for guest communication and itinerary design tasks

Comprehensive knowledge of the Hudson Valley geography attractions dining events and recreational opportunities

Ability to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing
