We are looking for a data-led, insights-rich Marketer to cover a 7 month maternity LOA in the Marketing + Communications team in the global Consumer Goods & services industry.
Must have had prior Accenture experience.
We work with over 500 leading consumer packaged goods manufacturers around the world, helping them reinvent and redesign solutions for the digital age, and drive change in every part of their business and organization.
The scope of this role is to execute the CG&S industry content strategy and drive the execution of the external and/or internal multichannel strategy for priority issue-based campaigns and select CG&S Eminence Program activities.
The key responsibilities are to: Partner with Marketers across the company to both build a network and look for ways to consolidate marketing efforts across Accenture M+C to maximize investment and reduce duplication Join conversations with the business and subject matter experts across Accenture as needed/appropriate for the respective content-related marketing activities Work with designers to create content assets (such as report PDFs, videos, podcasts, social tiles) Develop internal assets (such as portal articles targeting our Retail industry people) Ensure QA steps are followed (internal approvals, legal review, proofing, etc.) Support multichannel strategy execution Track content performance using our Marketing + Communications technology tool stack Develop and execute activation plans and develop materials for campaigns launches in our Markets (Europe, North America & the Growth Markets) Work with our Customer Relationship Management Marketers that support Retail clients to provide the content assets they need for account activation Help identify and develop client stories for pursuit and reputation marketing Provide marketing support for our CG&S events program (such as The Consumer Goods Forum). Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing & communications or related. Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and communications, preferably with some experience in either the Retail or Consumer Goods Industry; experience in applying marketing concepts; branding and message development skills. Experience managing joint marketing programs and plans with a partner company and/or experience with demonstrated ability to design, implement and measure multi-faceted marketing plans and programs. Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to present, write and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to multiple audiences. Strong organization, project, program, and content development skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet milestones and communicate status on concurrent projects. Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically, balancing longer-term goals with current capacity and demands. Go-getter, with the ability to ingest information and make decisive and informed decisions in a timely manner. Experience gaining team consensus and driving deliverables. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Proven ability to provide deep and original thinking about complex issues and make them easily understood by a broad audience. Excellent Digital, social media, and PowerPoint skills. Experience using Generative AI tools for Marketing content creation. Bold creativity and a passion for new Life Sciences trends and the future. Strong teaming and collaboration skills. Personal flexibility to work virtually. Willingness to participate in virtual meetings outside of regular business hours to accommodate other time zone.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.79 to $65.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
