Digital Content Specialist
Salary Range: $27/hour - $32/hour – non-exempt

Position Overview: Labor Finders is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to play a pivotal role within the Digital Marketing team of our Industrial Staffing firm. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and creative skills, allowing them to create compelling content that is relevant to our target audience. In addition, the candidate should have strong fundamentals in the overall realm of digital marketing, with a rich understanding of disciplines including SEO, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Pay Range: $27.00-$32.00. per hour, based on experience & qualifications
- Workdays: (Hybrid) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategies and Campaigns:
- Day-to-day lead of digital marketing campaign execution across full digital footprint.
- Integration with (and contribution to) overall Brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Website Content Strategy, User Experience, and SEO:
- Day-to-day lead over user experience on website.
- Create content and optimize website experience to drive web traffic and conversions, for both our Employer and Job Seeker targets.
- Blog Content Strategy and Execution:
- Lead in the execution of blog content strategy, in line with business and marketing objectives, industry best practices, and key customer persona.
- Produce custom, long-format written content to be deployed via website and across Labor Finders digital footprint.
- Video Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to help develop video strategies and detailed go-to-market plans for engaging video content, executed in collaboration with Social Media Specialist.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital content strategy and creation, preferably in the B2B or professional services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, social media, and blog content development
- Analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not absolutely required.
