Are you ready to shape how millions of people experience scent in their daily lives? We're seeking a talented Creative Fragrance Manager to join our team in our new, state of the art Creative Center in Somerset, NJ.

Position Summary

Creative Fragrance Manager plays a pivotal role in Keva in working with perfumers to create winning fragrances for our clients in the Global market. Your responsibilities will include understanding Keva's existing fragrance palette and portfolio, analyzing current olfactive notes of market products, and assessing consumer preferences and developing fragrances that meet consumer future needs. You will engage in global projects and strategic initiatives, collaborating with perfumers in global fragrance design studios in proactive and reactive development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate, evaluate, and critique perfumers' creations for reactive and proactive projects.
• Collaborate with client fragrance and marketing teams, and Keva account managers, perfumers, marketing, research, and laboratory experts to identify winning fragrance directions.
• Proactively manage complex briefs and develop/select fragrances according to customer guidelines.
• Participate in olfactive analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development and benchmark testing.
• Anticipate market tastes and work closely with Marketing on proactive concept generation and new fragrance ideas.
• Effectively interact with customers and consultants on olfactive expertise, brief requirements, technical matters, and other issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of evaluation experience in the industry.
• Bachelors degree required (Chemistry or related field desirable); advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of fragrance families and market consumer products and fine fragrances
  specifically laundry, air care and personal care products
• Strong proficiency in project management
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
