Salary Range: $62,000 - $82,500

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team, reporting directly to the VP of Data Analytics & Research. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the Music Insights teams to support our diverse roster of frontline labels. This position is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across commercial, marketing, and label partner teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Data Analysis & Trends: Leverage data-driven approaches to track and analyze emerging songs and artists, identifying key trends and insights to inform decision-making.

- Model Development: Build and refine statistical models and metrics to support artist discovery, evaluation, and performance forecasting.

- Automated Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and internal tools to streamline data insights and keep teams updated.

- Market & Artist Research: Use both internal and external data to conduct in-depth research on Concord's artists, their releases, and market trends.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with commercial, marketing, and label partners to develop insights tools that help grow artist brands and maximize their impact.

- Continuous Improvement: Strive to optimize processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Data & Insights team.

Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in a data analyst/strategist role, with a focus on music or entertainment industries a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of statistics and probability
- Comfortable with answering open-ended questions and providing actionable insights based on data.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to translate quantitative findings into clear, tangible recommendations.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- A genuine passion for **music** and the entertainment industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
