Job Summary:

As an Insurance Producer, you will play a pivotal role in growing our book of business by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. You will provide exceptional service to our clients, recommend suitable insurance products, and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Assess clients insurance needs and offer tailored solutions (auto, home, life, business insurance, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term business.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and quotes to potential clients.
  • Guide clients through the underwriting process and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and competitor information.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Valid insurance license in Florida; property & casualty 220 insurance licensed required.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and energy.
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with [CRM tool] a plus).
  • Knowledge of AMS360 a PLUS.
  • A passion for helping people and problem-solving.
