Minimum Requirements

  • Professional or bachelor's degree in design/multimedia is a strong advantage;
  • Advanced English language, both verbal and written;
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in game development;
  • Knowledge of the Unreal Engine is a MUST. Other engine experience will be considered as an advantage;
  • Confident knowledge of Unreal Blueprints is a MUST;
  • Ability to read C++ code is a MUST; ability to code on C++ is a strong advantage;
  • Scripting skills in Python/Maxscript is a strong advantage;
  • Knowledge of at least some modeling tools (3ds Max/Maya/Houdini/Blender/etc);
  • Solid experience in Adobe Suite Tools (Photoshop and Substance products mostly);
  • Solid understanding of art and animation pipelines;
  • Knowledge of sculpting tools such as Zbrush or similar/understanding of WebGL, Corona Render, neural networks like Stable Diffusion is an advantage;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with differences between creative and technical teams;
  • Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion, and attention to details;
  • Understanding of the iGaming industry.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to the design team, assisting with technically challenging tasks, software and tools, including working with the game code/blueprints;
  • Provide hands-on support to artists and engineers regarding asset performance and validation, assist in solving in-game problems and bugs;
  • Development and integration of the process automation of the art department;
  • Game asset and environment creation on request (able to aid Game Artists in their tasks in case of short capacity);
  • Character animation knowledge (to be able to edit and clean animations);
  • Process and support technical documentation for team usage;
  • Stay up to date on trends and methodologies in current and future graphics software and hardware;
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions;
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time and is not considered additional work;
  • Collaboration with developers, design team, and stakeholders;
  • Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
  • Complete work prior to deadline.
