Fashion & Fitness (F2) Tech is searching for a Business Operations Manager to help us continue to scale and innovate at Amazon pace. This is a high-visibility role with regular interaction with senior Amazon leadership, and candidates should enjoy maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
Key Job Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for F2 Tech business operations, including leading annual planning, tracking progress against key goals, coordinating with stakeholders across the company, and leading weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews. Given the breadth of F2, there is significant room for process innovation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience in technical product management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
