TITLE: Operations & Logistics Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain and update proper documentation related to: Transportation Docs, Invoices, Contracts, Procedures and Processes.
  2. Support the Director of Operations and Director of Logistics in tracking of costs across all the different logistics processes.
  3. Build and maintain a reporting analytics dashboard to highlight processes performances and costs and support in identifying opportunities for optimizations across the Supply Chain, in the single processes as well as the localization of product.
  4. Coordinate the activities of the Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) distribution channels, including but not limited to:
    1. Tracking the incoming express shipments from overseas and follow up with the carriers as needed.
    2. Follow up with the warehouses to make sure the agreed on SLAs are met both inbound and outbound.
    3. Support other departments in any logistics inquiry related to DtC orders.
    4. Address with domestic carriers any requests or issues due to mistakes or changes requested by the customers.
    5. Close the returns daily and handle quality/quantity issues in coordination with the rest of the logistics department.
    6. Coordinate the warehouses in the processing of the Dropship orders with all partners, in season and off season:
      1. Release orders created by the warehouse or create order directly if necessary.
      2. Check and maintain proper inventory alignment across different platforms.
      3. Support Wholesale team with logistics inquiries and the activation/deactivation of seasonal product.
      4. Prepare pictures and files for proper publishing of Off-Season Dropship catalogs.
      5. Coordinate with the partners the Customer Support as well as returns creation for Off-Season Dropship.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

    1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
    2. Strong interpersonal skills.
    3. Professional attitude.
    4. Ability to manage workload and time effectively and ability to shift focus/adjust priorities as the business warrants.
    5. Excellent analytical skills and strong attitude with numbers.
    6. Good proficiency in MS Office, especially with Excel.
