Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Graphics Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting the lead designer in the development of digital marketing materials, encompassing email campaigns, banner ads, web designs, and social media visuals.
  2. Contributing to in-house photo and video shoots for social media content if you possess photography skills.
  3. Utilizing a blend of stock images, graphics, in-house photography, and other media to produce design materials for review and feedback.
  4. Collaborating with the design team to ensure all output adheres to our brand and style guidelines.
  5. Managing assigned projects from initial concept through to completion, integrating team feedback to guarantee high-quality results.

Required Skills: We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related marketing discipline.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
  3. A contemporary design aesthetic with the ability to adapt to the distinctive style of the wedding jewelry industry.
  4. Strong organizational abilities and a capacity to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  5. A genuine enthusiasm for teamwork and the creation of effective marketing campaigns.
