Addison Clark is looking for a high energy multi-tasker with excellent people skills and a good sense of humor. The Social Media Coordinator is expected to manage the organic social media channels for a specific list of clients. This management includes posting to all applicable platforms, as well as monitoring posts for comments, engagement, etc.

The Social Media Coordinator is also responsible for designing posts. These posts may include, but are not limited to, infographics, creatively combining photos and copy, and light animation design. Comfortable use of Adobe Creative Suite is required (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express). The Social Media Coordinator is expected to collaborate with the Social Media Manager and the rest of the Addison Clark team to ensure all designs and posts are accurate and within the client strategy. The candidate would be responsible for staying up to date on the latest social media best practices and technologies. Strong communication and people skills are a must. This is an in-office role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, visuals, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  2. Platform Management: Schedule and publish posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  3. Engagement Monitoring: Track and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as account managers, graphic designers, and copywriters.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong organizational skills required; must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  3. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
  4. Strong knowledge of platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  5. Experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related role.
  6. A creative eye for design and storytelling.
  7. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express).
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
