About the role:
Are you someone who enjoys jumping between being a strategic collaborator, an inquisitive doer and an inspiring connector? Then we invite you to join our dynamic Enova Studios team as a User Experience and Design Leader. We’re looking for a driven User Experience Manager to lead a team of designers in crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences for Enova’s consumer and small business financing brands.
As the UX Manager you'll foster relationships with our product and engineering teams, learn their processes and offer incremental recommendations for increased business impact based on your expertise and experience. You'll work with the business teams to gather and analyze user data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement within the product and conversion funnels, ensuring that design solutions meet both user and business needs.
In this leadership position, together with the Head of Enova Studios you will be responsible for setting design standards across Enova's businesses. Internally, you'll mentor and develop your team in the areas of data-backed experience design, experience design best practices and their design specialties. You will review work, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment across stages of the product development cycle.
If you’re ready to make a real impact and inspire innovation, we want to hear from you!
