About this role
As our new Growth Marketer you will help DataSnipper’s Demand Generation team leverage paid and owned media channels with best-in-class implementation. This global role will be focused on integrated Marketing Campaigns, including SEM (ads and organic) and paid media, as well as email marketing.
Inbound marketing plays a crucial role in revenue generation for DataSnipper, so you will have a massive impact on revenue & growth of our company. We’re looking for an autonomous self-starter, and someone that’s able to collaborate within the Demand Generation team as well as the rest of the organization. You’re data-driven, you ALWAYS know your number(s) and how to measure them and are ready to invest in our joint future.
This role reports to the VP of Demand Generation. We’re not big on micromanagement or telling you what to do, so we expect you to bring your own creative approaches to our demand generation efforts. However, when it comes to your personal growth, brainstorming and internal support, your manager will always have your back!
What will you do
- Execute and improve our Paid Search and Digital Marketing strategy together with rest of the Demand Generation team
- Own Paid Media across:
- Paid Search
- Review Sites
- Display networks & paid adverts
- Help the Demand Generation and Content team with technical SEO, and the implementation of SEO best practices on datasnipper.com
- Work together on SEO strategy with our Content Lead
- Work on Email Nurture campaigns, as a logical follow-up to your digital campaigns and website conversion(s). You’re no stranger to creative approaches when remarketing and retargeting prior website visitors/converters
- Tailor paid messaging to our buying personas, the industries we’re targeting and country specific campaigns across the GEOs we’re serving (EMEA, NAM, APAC)
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing role (preferably with complex B2B enterprise products)
- Growth mindset and customer-centric approach
- Experience with paid ads for B2B scale-up (LinkedIn, Paid Search, ABM, Capterra/G2, etc.)
- Experience with technical and on-page SEO, scaling organic channel
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Experience with digital analytics and/or revenue attribution tools
- Experience with adapting ads with tools like AI, Canva or Adobe PS
- Collaborative and good technical knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and can-do mentality
- Working proficiency level of English Language
