By deeply understanding our business goals and market position you will find opportunities to deepen engagement with existing customers and develop campaign strategies that drive benefits awareness and increase usage. We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager with shown experience in the Financial Services space, who has a knack for partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign strategies that reinforce our customer values. The role requires a deep understanding of data driven marketing techniques and the ability to analyze customer behavior to build insights that lead to more personalized content and increased product usage. You will develop campaigns that reinforce the value customers receive and drive engagement to deliver on our business objectives. Your experience will help us accelerate growth even faster, and your tenacious approach to taking smart risks, trying new things, and iterating will help us deliver on our goals with start-up speed.Responsibilities:Core objectives and responsibilities:Partner with our portfolio teams to design data driven engagement strategies that increase spend and drive retention.Find opportunities to deepen engagement with our Financial Services customers through other enterprise initiatives.Provide market and customer insights that inform the development of new benefits, offers and promotions.Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related marketing efforts through regular business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs)Works with our external financial services partners to gain alignment on marketing plans and appropriate approvals on all campaign creative/tacticsPartners with internal and external legal/compliance teams to ensure marketing messaging and campaigns are aligned with regulatory requirements. Support the Financial Services team with launch planning and execution of the commercial release of new products.Works closely with leadership across commercial and brand functions to align campaign plans/priorities and lead teams/resources to bring plans to market on time/on budget.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.You need to beA passionate marketer capable of leading data driven growth and retention strategies, end to end campaign development, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment.Customer focused with a strong technical foundation to help influence the financial services roadmap, customer benefits and prioritize activities based on our business objectives and customer impact.Able to work in ambiguity, yet look for, and gain clarity.Creative to find solutions when the process fails or something changes.Comfortable thinking outside of the box and suggesting solutions or processes that may be outside the current working model.Experienced in data driven marketing techniques and applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery and performance.Able to effectively and efficiently communicate with leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.Qualifications:·        Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing Business or Communications. ·        2+ years financial services experience ·        7+ years marketing experience delivering successful, integrated product marketing content and campaigns that can be tied to increased business revenue.·        Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and related tactics in close partnership with Product management and sales channels. ·        Shown interaction, interface and project management with cross-functional teams including product management, Brand strategy, creative/media teams, Legal, Compliance, and external Fintech partners. ·        Strong communication (verbal and written), content development, and presentation skills. #LI-Corporate• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No):YesDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):NoBase Pay Range: $119,600 - $215,700Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
