The Potter’s House is seeking a talented Creative Content Specialist to create compelling visual and written content for our partner program. This role manages HubSpot for landing pages and email workflows, ensuring a cohesive and engaging donor experience across all channels

Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Design marketing assets for print and digital, including direct mail, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Manage HubSpot for creating landing pages, email automation, and donor communication workflows.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriter and Marketing Analyst to align content with strategic goals
  • Support the Director of Partner Development by producing high-quality visuals and layouts.
  • Work with external vendors to coordinate printing and mailing services

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 3–5 years of experience in design and digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and other design tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in nonprofit or faith-based environments is a plus.
  • Alignment with The Potter’s House mission and values.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
