Position Logistics
- FLSA:Full-Time, Exempt
- Salary: $63,000 - $71,820/annually DOE
- Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day shifts, between the hours of 8am - 5pm.There may be occasional work hours in the evening or weekend to meet agency needs or to attend events.
- Work Location:Work will be done from the Camp Fire Alaska's Main office, located 161 Klevin Street in Anchorage, AK as well as, all program locations - which includes School Age Program Locations (Anchorage & Eagle River), Camp Fireweed(APU Campus), and Camp K (Cooper Landing, AK) This position will have the option for a hybrid work schedule that will adjust to meet supervisor and agency needs.
- Reports to: Director or Marketing and Communications
- Supervises: Camp Fire Photographer & Americorps member when applicable

What You'll Do:
- Create Compelling Content: Conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging written, visual, and audio content that reflects our mission and values. Youll highlight the transformative work we do with youth, families, and our community.
- Manage Digital Presence: Develop and manage content for our website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Ensure all content is aligned with our brand messaging, and track engagement to refine and enhance strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to support both external and internal communications. Help develop promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Monitor & Measure Impact: Track content performance and provide insights and analytics to help us reach and engage a broader audience.
- Support Community Engagement: Represent Camp Fire at events, develop engaging displays, and create visual content that supports our outreach efforts. Assist with crisis communications as needed.
- Lead & Develop Team Members: Supervise photographers and AmeriCorps members, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Writing or other related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as DaVinci Reslove and Final Cute Pro.
- Extensive social media experience and knowledge (FaceBook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 365.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation for fulfilling off-site work and events.
