We are seeking a B2B media marketer to join Informa TechTarget's Audience Development team. Our team's mission is to strategically grow, engage, and retain a targeted audience of business professionals in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and various vertical industries. By effectively communicating the value of our award-winning content and optimizing its delivery, we aim to strengthen our relationships with the audience, cultivate content consumption habits, and support long-term revenue growth for the company. You will create and manage marketing campaigns and strategies designed to engage and nurture our current audience and support the business's growth. Reporting to the Director of Audience Engagement, you’ll collaborate closely with the Audience Growth & Acquisition team to transform known users into devoted readers and consumers of our authoritative content. Drawing on your experience, you will craft engagement and retention strategies emphasizing content marketing, email campaigns, social media community building, and on-site optimizations. By analyzing audience data and insights, you will develop actionable strategies. Leading a team of two skilled members, you will also play a key role in mentoring and nurturing a growing group of marketing professionals. You'll play a crucial role in: Strategic Campaign Development : Create and execute scalable, insight-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels Audience Nurturing : Implement best-in-class strategies for retention, engagement, and churn mitigation Content Marketing : Collaborate with editorial teams to craft compelling content that drives engagement and improves user journeys Multi-Channel Management : Build and optimize campaigns across owned and paid channels, including SEM, email, social, and display advertising Performance Analysis : Track, report, and communicate business-critical KPIs and ROI using various data sources Innovation : Partner with product development to research and implement new products and improve user experience Team Leadership : Guide and develop a team of marketing professionals Minimum Requirements: 8 years of experience in B2B media or marketing Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent copywriting and verbal communication abilities Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and organic social media strategies Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities Proficiency with marketing technologies (e.g., ESPs, Google Analytics, CMS) Experience leading a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field The salary range for this role is $100K-$130K, depending on experience This posting will automatically expire on 2/21/2024 TechTarget, Inc., doing business as Informa TechTarget, including its subsidiaries, is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
