Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Extensive history of hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems.
- In-depth expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTRs, Cisco Webex, Poly).
- Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across various platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Teams.
- Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
- Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as BrightSign players.

- Full-time, in-office presence required.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of conferencing infrastructure.
- Oversee multiple initiatives related to the 2025 Evergreen project, including collaboration with M365 engineering and unified communications teams. Responsibilities include managing high-level designs, low-level designs, testing plans, commissioning, implementation plans, and production turnover.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering, application development, configuration management, quality assurance (QA), production support, and other technical/business stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to conferencing and collaboration technologies.
