We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in optimizing our marketing technology stack, refining automated workflows, and supporting lead generation efforts. Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Marketing, leadership, and third-party vendors to implement and refine best practices for automation processes. Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows, including lead generation, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns. Design and build email templates and landing pages using HTML / CSS. Oversee channel acquisition programs, collaborating with divisional teams to ensure proper campaign submissions and their successful execution. Collaborate with external agencies and consultants to improve web and application performance. Develop and maintain internal materials for operational processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform updates. Leverage your technical expertise in tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and coding languages like XML, Ruby and JavaScript. Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative marketing technologies to achieve and exceed business goals. Manage system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive bug fixes within Go-to-Market (GTM) platforms. About You Experience:

3+ years in a similar role with hands-on experience in marketing automation and technology. Technical Expertise:

Proficient in managing GTM Systems, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HTML and CSS, with experience integrating CRM with third-party systems. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Adept at analyzing data, configuring technical solutions, and troubleshooting complex systems. Collaborative Communication:

Exceptional skills in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives. Curiosity & Growth Mindset:

Enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes, quickly connecting the dots across the tech stack, and understanding the broader marketing technology landscape.
